cancellation

deposit a 50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment. this amount is deducted from your total on the day of your visit. bookings are only considered confirmed once the deposit is received.
cancellations cancellations made at least 48 hours before your appointment will receive a full deposit refund. cancelling within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.
rescheduling one reschedule is allowed per booking, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given. your deposit will automatically carry over to the new date.
no-shows missed appointments without notice will forfeit the deposit in full and may affect your ability to book in the future.

payment timing deposits are due within 48 hours of booking to secure your spot (see booking & cancellation above). the remaining payment balance is due on the day of your visit once your set is complete. for custom press-ons, full payment is required before production begins.
accepted methods cash, cashapp, and zelle are accepted. card payments are not taken at this time.

grace period a 10-minute grace period is given for all appointments. if you're running behind, please message me so i can plan accordingly.
arriving late arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a modified service, rescheduled or even cancelled appointment, depending on availability. the deposit will not be refunded in this case.

due to the nature of nail services, refunds are not offered on completed sets. all pricing is discussed and confirmed before we begin, so there are no surprises on either end.

service concerns if you experience any minor issues with your nails within 48 hours of your appointment such as lifting or chipping, reach out directly and i'll make it right at no additional charge.
deposits deposits are non-refundable except in cases where a cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance (see booking & cancellation above).
design changes please communicate all design preferences before your appointment starts. changes requested mid-service may cause additional time and cost.

safety

nail health for your safety and mine, i cannot service nails with open wounds, severe infections, or signs of contagious conditions (such as fungus). if you are unsure, please send a photo before booking.
no extra guests due to space limitations extra guests, children, or pets are not allowed at your appointment. thank you for understanding.
foreign work & removals i do not offer fills over work done by another technician. if you need an old set removed before your service, please ensure you add a foreign removal service to your booking.

because custom press-on sets are individually hand-crafted and tailored to your unique measurements, all sales are final. please review the guidelines below to ensure a perfect fit and a smooth process.

sizing responsibility sizing kits are highly recommended before placing your first order. because every set is custom-made to your specific dimensions, i am not responsible for incorrect sizing measurements provided by the client.
processing & turnaround every custom set takes time to design and craft by hand. normal production turnaround is 7 to 14 business days before your order is ready for pickup or shipping. for rush orders, please reach out before placing your request. clients are responsible for all shipping fees at checkout, or you can opt for local pickup.
replacements & damage if a single nail is lost or damaged after your order is received, individual replacement nails can be ordered for a small fee. please reach out directly if this happens.
