please arrive with clean, polish-free nails unless you are booking a removal. avoid applying any heavy oils, creams, or lotion on the day of. please note that if you arrive with product on your nails without a removal booked, your appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled.
about 2–4 weeks, depending on your daily routine and nail growth. to keep your sets looking perfect and your natural nails safe, it's best to book a fresh set every 2-3 weeks.
yes, removal is available on its own or as an add-on. please make sure to add it to your booking if you're coming in with a previous set (whether it's from me or someone else) so we can account for the extra time.
yes! and if you don't have a specific photo in mind, we can always figure out something that works for you.
please give me at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. cancelling within that 48-hour window means your deposit is non-refundable. deposits for no-shows are also non-refundable. life happens, so just let me know as soon as you can. you can check the policy page for more details.
